As both a medical doctor and
successful entrepreneur, Dr.
Gangadi brings experience and
knowledge of the healthcare
business to MedPlus. Dr.
Gangadi is responsible for the
overall direction of the Company
and its strategic relationships
with key partners, suppliers and
customers.
Dr. Gangadi is a seasoned
executive who has taken a
"hands-on" approach to leading
his ventures during his
decade-long business career. His
previous ventures have primarily
involved launching and growing
successful IT outsourcing
organizations. In these roles,
Dr. Gangadi has been involved in
nearly all aspects of the
business, including sales,
marketing, fundraising, and
recruiting. Dr. Gangadi has a
MBBS from Kurnool Medical
College and a MBA from the
Wharton School of Business. |

Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Gupta's background in both
startups and established
ventures encompasses strategic
management, marketing, sales,
and operations. Mr. Gupta has
worked in the technology,
financial services, and
industrial chemicals industries,
and also has had exposure to the
pharmaceuticals and aviation
sectors. Mr. Gupta's broad
exposure enables him to draw
upon many different approaches
towards marketing and
operations. Mr. Gupta will be
leading the footprint expansion
into Northern India while also
heading marketing efforts
nationwide. Mr. Gupta's prior
experience includes roles at
Arthur Andersen, American
Express, and WebEx
Communications. Mr. Gupta holds
an MBA from the Wharton School
of Business, and an
undergraduate degree from the
University of Texas at Austin. |

experience as a surgeon, Dr.
Reddy has valuable experience in
the field of Education and is
specialized in the arena of
managing people, both at
education and corporate level.
He founded and successfully ran
a Junior college known for its
academic excellence. While he
was at the helm, the college
secured several state ranks at
the intermediate level. He is
well versed with various programmes aimed at improving
the effectiveness of
learning/teaching and Training.
Dr. Reddy is using his
background to oversee store
openings throughout AP and
Karnataka, while leading all of
the company's training,
recruitment, and retention

Chief Technical Officer
A Mechanical Engineer from
Osmania University, Lakshminarayana brings in rich

With over a decade's experience
in Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre,
Trivandrum, he shifted his
professional interest to
computing and IT. He was
associated with several firms
which include Netisoft, Zintec
Software and Etisbew.com He has
been with the company for a year
and specializes in Web-based
applications that use Microsoft
/ Sun technologies. He is a
passionate IT leader and heads
